TASTING NOTES

Rich berry fruits and cassis flavours, with fine tannins and a lingering finish.

CONDITIONS
The grapes were hand pickes at 14.4 baume and quickly crushed. The wine was fermented on skins for 7 days and then pressed out. Malolactic frementation was carried out in tank and then the wine transferred to new barrels for 15 months.

Deep crimson.
PALATE
Lovely rich berry fruit characters with fine tannins & a lingering finish.
ALC/VOL
14.5%
SERVE WITH
Mustard encrusted eye fillet.
CELLARING
Matured in French and American oak, this wine will cellar well till 2012.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON
2008


TASTING NOTES

Deep crimson in colour, this wine shows berry fruit and blackcurrents which carries through to a full palate.

CONDITIONS

The mixture of French and American oak adds to the length and fine texture. This wine should cellar well till 2014.

TASTING NOTES

Lovely black cherry characters with powdery, chalky tannins and great length. Wine spent 12 months in oak. A deep crimson hue combined with dark cherry flavours, mingled with French and American Oak.

CONDITIONS

Grapes were hand picked at optimum ripeness [14Be] and quickly crushed. The wine was fermented on skins for 5 days and then pressed out. Transferred straight to oak barrels where malolactic fermentation was completed. Wine spent a further 8 months in oak.

Deep crimson
PALATE
Dark cherry flavours, mingled with French and American Oak.
ALC/VOL
14%
SERVE WITH
Morrocan Lamb & Cous Cous.
CELLAR
With careful cellaring will age beautifully till 2016.

TASTING NOTES

A blend of various vintages from 2002 onwards were selected and blended to produce this superb port wine. Rich with lovely berry flavours, this fortified wine will cellar well for years to come.
