TASTING NOTES
Rich berry fruits with SPICE and SAVOURY flavours, with fine tannins and a lingering finish.
CONDITIONS The grapes were hand picked at 14 baume and quickly crushed. The wine was fermented on skins,pressed and the pumped into oak barrels for 8 months.

TASTING NOTES
Lovely black cherry characters with powdery, chalky tannins and great length. Wine spent 12 months in oak. A deep crimson hue combined with dark cherry flavours, mingled with French and American Oak.
CONDITIONS
Grapes were hand picked at optimum ripeness [14Be] and quickly crushed. The wine was fermented on skins for 5 days and then pressed out. Transferred straight to oak barrels where malolactic fermentation was completed. Wine spent a further 12 months in oak.
