TASTING NOTES
Lovely tropical and passion fruit characters with a crisp finish. This wine drinks well now and will age till 2012 with careful cellaring.
CONDITIONS
The grapes were hand picked at optimum ripeness 13.3 Baume and transferred quickly to the winery where they were crushed, gently pressed and juice cold settled. The fermentation took place in stainless steel at low temprature to ensure saving fruit flavours.

Intense lychee and tropical fruits with a hint of rosewater.The palate is medium bodied with a hint of musk.The wine is drinking well now and will age till 2012 with careful cellaring.

The grapes were hand picked at optimum ripeness 12.6 Baume and transferred quickly to the winery where they were crushed, gently pressed and juice cold settled. The fermentation took place in stainless steel at low temprature to ensure saving fruit flavours.

TASTING NOTES
Lovely citrus and melon flavours with the creaminess of malolactic fermentation. The oak is finely integrated. This wine will age till 2014 with careful cellaring.
CONDITIONS
The grapes were hand picked at optinum ripeness 13.5 baume and transferred quickly to the winery where they were crushed, gently pressed and the juice cold settled. Once the fermentation had started the must was transferred to oak barrels where the wine was fermented to dryness, some going through malolactic fermentation. The oak used was a mixture of new and one year old, with 66% French and 34% American. The wine stayed in oak for 6 months with regular stirring.
